What operators ask before engaging.
How does Leka Studio price a hospitality engagement?
Most engagements are turnkey design-build, priced as a single contract that covers research → design → engineering → fabrication → installation → handover. Annual maintenance is a separate contract.
Do you work with the operator's pre-opening team?
Yes — we coordinate with brand standards teams, pre-opening directors, F&B leads, and HR for kids-club staff training schedules.
What are your safety standards?
EN 1176 (European playground safety) and ASTM F1487 (US public playground standard) are baseline. Annual third-party safety inspection is available for every installed project.
Can you handle Muslim-friendly / halal / culturally specific requirements?
Yes — we routinely design for Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese and Saudi-influenced briefs, including modesty considerations, prayer-friendly adjacent spaces, and culturally appropriate theming.
Have a property in planning?
Whether you're at concept stage or about to go to tender, we can shape the brief.
