By accessing or using the Leka Studio website (“Site”), operated by GO Corporation Co., Ltd. (Bangkok, Thailand), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about Leka Studio's design and build services. The information is for general purposes; nothing on the Site is a binding offer or contract until a formal agreement is signed.

Intellectual property

All Site content (text, imagery, brand marks, project case studies) is owned by Leka Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Project case studies and NDAs

Many of our hospitality and education projects are bound by client non-disclosure agreements. We publish case studies only with explicit client permission. If you believe content on the Site is published in error, please contact us at hello@leka.studio.

Contact form data

Information submitted via the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties beyond our internal sales tooling. Submissions are stored in our private Firestore database (asia-southeast1) and our internal Slack workspace.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date above tracks the most recent change.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
